    1. you can identify which coach they belong to so you know who the person would be to start them on at-home products or in the business
    2. you will have a database to pull from to send club newsletters

 

Day 1 Text for 1/2 price combo – SENT FROM CLUB PHONE: At the end of each day, you will send a text to each of the first-time customers that came into the club that day. You have their new customer forms with their info and will text them from your CLUB CELL PHONE. The text is an offer to come back in the next 7 days for a half-price combo. We know that if we can get them in 2-3 times in the first week or so, they will likely become regular customers. Use the code “HALFPRICE####” at end of the text. The The numbers used are the month and date of the expiration of the coupon which is 7 days from today.

Day 7 Text for Wellness Profile – SENT FROM THE COACH’S PERSONAL PHONE: On day 7, the coach who brought in the first-timer will send the following text from their own personal phone so they can schedule their FREE Wellness Profile and do the retail presentation with their potential client.
